MEET DR. KIM
Dr. Leonard H. Kim is a board-certified dermatologist with over 15 years of practice experience. He currently provides patients with comprehensive cosmetic and medical care at his Century City practice.
Dr. Kim graduated with his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine which consistently ranks as one of the top three medical schools in the country. While in medical school, Dr. Kim received honors recognition for his clinical and research work in dermatology. He then completed his residency training in dermatology at New York University Medical Center in Manhattan, which is internationally recognized for its teaching and research in the field.
Dedicated to furthering his knowledge, Dr. Kim completed a fellowship in Cosmetic and Laser Surgery at the University of California San Francisco Medical Center where he learned from several leaders in the field. During the year, Dr. Kim became skilled in the most advanced, minimally invasive aesthetic procedures.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Kim holds academic and staff appointments at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. He is also involved with several profession organizations. He serves as a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons and a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
Dr. Kim's work has appeared in numerous publications on the latest advances in the field of dermatology. He has also served as a recognized legal expert in laser surgery treatment cases. Dr. Kim has been voted by other physicians as Los Angeles Magazine's top dermatologist for cosmetic and medical dermatology in 2019, 2020, and 2021.
